Exclusive is committed to the principles of equity and inclusion in the workplace. We value the diversity of our home city of Manchester and recognise the attributes that an inclusive workforce can bring.
This is reflected in our approach to diversity and inclusion in our organisation as we seek to establish an environment where each and every colleague feels included and valued for their unique characteristics, skills, abilities, and life experience.
We do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, age, race, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, expression or reassignment, religion or belief.
We have policies in place to support our colleagues with our commitment to equity and inclusion. These will be reviewed regularly and amended in line with cultural and societal recommendations and/or legal requirements.
Part of our policy is to be transparent from the outset. If you would like further details regarding our diversity information, please see our data as of July 2021.
The following data was gathered anonymously for the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) using their recommended diversity questionnaire. It is mandatory for all regulated firms to provide this information to the SRA every two years.
As a small firm (4 partners or less) we are proud to say we had a 100% response rate. We are rapidly expanding but aim to continue our diversity monitoring across the many functions of our organisation in order to ensure a comprehensive understanding of what we do well and where we can make any relevant changes which will enable us to set the bar for every Legal firm in the UK.
